Junior Futsal Oz Nationals
The Junior Futsal Oz Nationals is Australia's most prestigious club-based Nationals event on the Australian futsal calendar, bringing together the best junior futsal/soccer players and clubs from all over Australia for an annual tournament.
The 2024 Junior Futsal Oz Nationals will be held in January beginning on Wednesday the 10th with all finals played on Sunday the 14th.
In true Futsal Oz style, event organisers will once again step things up to another level and the tenth-annual Junior Nationals in 2024 is set to be even BIGGER!
REGISTRATIONS NOW OPEN FOR 2024
Registrations for the 2024 Junior Futsal Oz Nationals are now open.
Fixtures and schedules will be developed throughout the later half of December and schedules will come out closer to the event date.

Dates
Wednesday, 10th of January to Sunday, 14th of January in 2023.
Age Groups
Six age groups confirmed – Under 8s, 10s, 12s, 14s, 16s and 21s.
*CUT OFF is January the 14th 2024, You can NOT have turned older than your age group states.
Under 8's
Age group eligibility criteria for the 2024 Junior Nationals is follows:
- Boys born in 2015, 2016 & 2017.
- Girls born in 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016 & 2017.
PLEASE NOTE: Girls are permitted to play in one age group younger to encourage participation.
Under 10's
Age group eligibility criteria for the 2024 Junior Nationals is follows:
- Boys born in 2013 & 2014.
- Girls born in 2011, 2012, 2013 & 2014.
PLEASE NOTE: Girls are permitted to play in one age group younger to encourage participation.
Under 12's
Age group eligibility criteria for the 2024 Junior Nationals is follows:
- Boys born in 2011 & 2012.
- Girls born in 2009, 2010, 2011 & 2012.
PLEASE NOTE: Girls are permitted to play in one age group younger to encourage participation.
GIRLS ONLY U12's LEAGUE
Futsal Oz is proud to offer a girls only competition and promises this is the beginning of many more girls competitions in years to come.
- Girls born in 2011 & 2012 are encouraged to compete in the U12's GIRLS competition.
Under 14's
Age group eligibility criteria for the 2024 Junior Nationals is follows:
- Boys born in 2009 & 2010.
- Girls born in 2007, 2008, 2009 & 2010.
PLEASE NOTE: Girls are permitted to play in one age group younger to encourage participation.
GIRLS ONLY U14's LEAGUE
Futsal Oz is proud to offer a girls only competition and promises this is the beginning of many more girls competitions in years to come.
- Girls born in 2009 & 2010 are encouraged to compete in the U14's GIRLS competition.
Under 16's
Age group eligibility criteria for the 2023 Junior Nationals is follows:
- Boys born in 2007 & 2008.
- Girls born in 2005, 2006, 2007 & 2008.
PLEASE NOTE: Girls are permitted to play in one age group younger to encourage participation.
GIRLS ONLY U16's LEAGUE
Futsal Oz is proud to offer a girls only competition and promises this is the beginning of many more girls competitions in years to come.
- Girls born in 2007 & 2008 are encouraged to compete in the U16's GIRLS competition.
- EXCEPTION: Teams in the U16's GIRLS ONLY competition will be allowed to field two girls born in 2005 (17 years of age) as overage players.
Under 21's
Age group eligibility criteria for the 2023 Junior Nationals is follows:
- Boys born in 2002 & 2003.
GIRLS ONLY LEAGUES
U12, U14 & U16 GIRLS ONLY LEAGUES are confirmed at the 2024 Junior Futsal Oz Nationals for girls born in 2008 and younger.

Venues - CONFIRMED
In true Futsal Oz style, event organisers will once again step things up to another level with the ninth-annual Junior Nationals in 2024 to be played across the two Futsal Oz stadiums.
The venues are all confirmed and being prepared for what will be a magical week of futsal.
For reference, the Thomastown and Brunswick Futsal Oz stadiums are separated by approximately a half hour drive.
